If the client`s actions have led to the fact that you can not use the server any more and the client can not fix the situation by himself/herself, the specialists of data center will solve the problem. The cost of the work: 1500 RUR($25) per an hour from 10 AM to 7PM on Mon-Fr and 3000 RUR($50) per an hour at other time, minimal time - an hour.

Guaranteed maximum period of installation: 7 days.
Technical support and restart are carried out by specialists of the data center after you request to them.
Your contract includes basic management, but not individual server configuration.
Payment for extension services is necessary to make at least 7 days before the date of turning off the server. It is connected with the fact that an invoice for the extension of the server is billed by data center for 5 days before the the end of rent term. In case of payment delay it may happen such a situation that it will be impossible to extend the server, but it will work the whole paid period.
A moneyback in the case of early end of using the services is impossible. Money is transferred to the account of data center directly by us, and they do not provide MoneyBack.
Be very careful when working with the server!
Reinstalling of the operating system and advanced technical support cost much money (see Administration above)!
Why is it profitable to rent the server via us?
1. Possibility of payment via WebMoney, Bank, Yandex.Money, RBK Money etc.

3. Due to cooperation with American data center Sagonet.com (Florida, USA) the cost of renting servers for our customers does not differ from the original.
After installation of the server you will receive a bill on changing the date of the payment with instructions on changing the expiration date of the server on the third day of the next month, please react to this letter ASAP.
The reason for it: the data center bill us directly for all servers on the first day of each month, that is, if the order was made, for example, the 14th of the month, then you should get ready to pay for a month + change of date (total ~ 1.5 months).
If you do not receive such an email within 24 hours after the server installation, please, contact us.
